The main thing you want to know is that if you break down, you can call a number that puts you directly through to our main operations centre. We’re always on hand, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We have a huge, nationwide network of dependable breakdown and recovery agents, windscreen repairers, locksmiths and replacement vehicles as well as a range of other specialist emergency services. It’s just a question of ascertaining what you need and how best to get those services to you.
We measure levels of customer satisfaction through regular customer feedback surveys. In recent surveys, customers were asked to rate Lantern on a scale of 1 to 7. Customers regularly give us a 6 or 7 rating. They said:
