"Think Lantern's" Exceptional Customer Service

Lantern's commitment to exceptional customer service saw it running its "Think Lantern" course over three days during October and November this year, the bespoke course designed by training company Hamilton Mercer involved roll plays, a quiz and plenty of debates.
All the 40 staff attending found the course enjoyable and worthwhile, one member of the team said” I found the course very helpful and it will have a positive impact on my customer service”
