Lantern continuing to improve their standards
20 January 2011
Lantern Recovery Specialists plc teamed up with Leicestershire based RME Consultancy Limited, a leading training provider to deliver the NVQ Level 3 Driving Goods Vehicles.
All of the Recovery Technicians at Lantern Recovery have now gained their qualification and are already feeling the benefits of the independent assessment.
Mark Henderson, Recovery Technician added "It was really good to have my performance assessed as it gave me an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and experience I have developed in my job".
Paul Chapman, IVR Instructor and Head of Training at Lantern says, "All of our Recovery Technicians are qualified to IVR standards relevant to the category of vehicle and job they undertake. This external assessment carried out by an independent assessor verifies they operate to the professional standards required by both the transport and recovery industry in their day to day duties".
"Ros Emerson, Director of RME Consultancy worked closely with me to ensure that the highest standards were delivered and tailored to suit our rather unique industry".
